During my time at Depop, I was immersed in managing multiple projects that drove the EU expansion strategy, including influencer campaigns and IRL activations. My role focused on global community building and growth, where I developed localized campaigns tailored for 9 EU markets, driving impressive MoM growth.

As the Senior Community & Partnerships Coordinator, I led the end-to-end process of seller sourcing, onboarding, and communication, ensuring a seamless experience for our top sellers. I oversaw the EU influencer strategy, managing approximately 40 paid and organic partnerships each month, including budget oversight, contract negotiations, and performance reporting. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I ensured our marketing campaigns resonated across the EU, analyzing performance metrics and market trends to continuously refine our strategies.
